PURE Grain invites you to attend the
PURE Trial Farm Field Day on Wednesday, 11th of September. Attendees will see first hand new and innovative farm practices delivering real-world regenerative, at-scale commercial applications. The Pally Pub will host the event’s trade show, information sessions, and panel discussions, with an on-the-ground tour of the 435-hectare PURE Trial Farm.
With over 300 attendees expected, including farmers, industry representatives, agricultural companies, agronomists, and consultants, participants will meet and hear from key industry representatives and trial partners.
Attendees will gain insights into innovative practices and technologies shaping the future of agriculture, utilising products and technologies that create innovation pathways, all underpinned and validated by real-world commercial-scale applications. PURE Grain and Boolah Farms are committed to building a future of regenerative, low-emissions agriculture, demonstrating commercially viable approaches to future-proofing agriculture against a backdrop of dynamic environmental and market forces.
Founded by Stuart Tighe, PURE Grain Network represents a significant evolution in linking farmers directly to grain end users. A farmer from Pallamallawa, NSW, Tighe has pioneered more consistent returns in agricultural land investments through the Co-Farm model. His work has innovated the grain industry by highlighting direct farmer-end user collaboration to maximise margins and benefits. Through Boolah Farms and PURE Grain Network, Tighe enhances supply chain value while improving end-user traceability and validation, optimising the entire “seed to sip” journey.
“The focus of this event is to provide practical insights and strategies that can be implemented on the ground, at commercial scale. We want attendees to leave with a clear understanding of what the sustainability drivers are for end users and how they can reduce reliance on synthetic inputs, decrease emissions, and ultimately build a more sustainable farming future,” Tighe said. “By bringing together experts from across the supply chain, we aim to foster collaboration and innovation. It’s about finding solutions that work across the entire supply chain—from growers to end-users—ensuring a more efficient and sustainable agricultural landscape.”
A key feature of the event is a panel session focused on integrating the supply chain into a whole-of-enterprise regenerative and data-validated framework. The panel features Kristina Hermanson from Nuveen Natural Capital, Dave Engel from Asahi Beverages, Dean Ganino from Barrett Burston Malt, and Matthew Durack from Pure Grain Network. Each speaker brings extensive experience at various stages of the supply chain, offering insights into current and future trends.
David Engel, Regional Head of Raw Material Procurement at Asahi said “We are excited to partner with Pure for the Trial Farm Field Day because it will highlight the work being done by Pure and its partners, including Asahi, to improve sustainability and other outcomes across the supply chain.
“I’m most looking forward to hearing from others in the agricultural space about how they are addressing sustainability, and learning how we can better collaborate to create better sustainability outcomes right across the supply chain,” Engel said.
The PURE Trial Farm Field Day will provide attendees with valuable insights into new processes and systems that create platforms for continual innovation cycles under models that are both commercially viable and regenerative. Participants will have the opportunity to see industry best practices applied in the real world by real people and businesses driving the future of agriculture.
Join Us We invite industry professionals, media, and the community to join us for this informative and inspiring event with exceptional speakers in agriculture across all levels of the supply chain.
