Ceramic Artist

As a St Kilda identity and Ceramic Artist, Salvatori Lolicato is well known in the local community, with a studio at the renowned and much loved Veg Out Community Gardens, St Kilda in Melbourne, Victoria. 

Regularly exhibiting his ceramics in galleries in Melbourne, developing the ceramic work with the infusion of glass and lithium/copper carbonate, Salvatori has sold his ceramic sculptures and won an award for his sculptures, in the Veg Out Big Sculpture Competition in 2019 and 2022. He has facilitated a ceramic mural at the Veg Out GardensSt Kilda Botanical Gardens, and the St Kilda Adventure Playground.

Salvatori has a long history in ceramics having been chosen to represent Australia in the prestigious Premio Faenza International Prize for Contemporary Ceramic Art  Award held in Faenza Italy back in 1994.
