With Australians buying electric vehicles in record numbers, Everything Electric AUSTRALIA, formerly Fully Charged LIVE, is charging back to Sydney in less than four weeks.  Now running over three days, from February 9th – 11th at Sydney Showground, the electrifying expo promises to be twice the size of last year’s inaugural Australian show, bringing “everything electric” for punters to check out in a fun-filled, knowledge packed festival.

Powered by NRMA and created by the makers of the Fully Charged YouTube Show, Everything Electric travels the world in a bid to teach people to #StopBurningStuff. This year’s show will showcase the biggest EV test drive experience ever seen before in Australia featuring cars, motorcycles and e-bikes; dozens of live sessions with experts on a range of topics; an exhibition featuring hundreds of companies including electric vehicles, home energy options, charging companies, batteries and much more. Everything Electric will also offer free one on one consultations with Home Energy experts to answer your most burning (not fossil fuel though) questions.

“Everything Electric AUSTRALIA is committed to offering an exceptional platform for leading electric vehicle brands like Polestar, Audi, BMW, Peugeot, Hyundai, Renault and more, to showcase their latest innovations while celebrating the positive impact electrification can have on our lives and the environment,” said Dan Caesar, CEO of the event organisers, The Fully Charged SHOW.

Dan says the focus of this year’s expo is to expand upon electric vehicles alone, now including home energy technologies and solutions under one roof. “The reality is, the cost of living is continuing to bite for Aussies, and energy bills and petrol prices are a major culprit. This year’s Show is a chance for Australians to explore how they can reduce the impact that their mobility and home energy usage has on not only the environment, but their own pockets,” he said.

Attendees at Everything Electric AUSTRALIA can look forward to the following attractions:

Take a walk down Electric Alley or test drive your vehicle of choice at the EV Test Drive Experience or the Micro Mobility Test Track

Offering an extensive test-drive line up of electric vehicles under one roof, visitors can avoid showroom hopping and pre-book a range of test drives and rides from their favourite brands in a single event, at the EV Test Drive Experience.

Powered by Origin Energy, the Test Drive Experience will see Renault unveil its Megane E-Tech and Hyundai, its IONIQ 5 N production model for the first time in Australia, making visitors the first to test drive these models in the country.  Other cars will be available to test drive from brands including Polestar, BMW, Audi, BYD, Genesis, GWM, Hyundai, MG, AE bikes, Savic Motorcycles, Zero Motorcycles and more.

In addition to test drives, there will be a whole host of electric cars of all shapes and sizes on display in the ‘Electric Alley’, including Polestar’s first SUV, Polestar 3, and BMW’s ix1, ix2 and i435. Plus, for those curious about micro mobility, visitors over 16 can test drive the latest e-bikes on the Micro Mobility Track.
